let's play

1. Sometimes, in an effort to mix it up, I ask people to play Ghost with me. I always try to get people to spell "friskier" with me, but they always end up beating me with "flint."
2. During chemistry class, Nick and I play bingo, but instead of numbers we use words and phrases our substitute teacher, Fred uses. Sometimes we cheat and chose words like "equation", "chemistry" and "reaction" but for the most part we stick to "Come on!", "The point I'm trying to make is..." and "I just made these numbers up."
3. Today I finished school at two thirty and had no rehearsal. I decided I needed to do something different from usual to give my life meaning. So first I tried to call Paz but she didn't pick up. Then, I went to Bobby's house (I brought snacks) and played video games.
4. I started piano lessons three weeks ago because I'm a bored senior. I'm not allowed to play "Paris 1919" on piano past eight o'clock because my downstairs neighbor complains. Perhaps I will be a singer-songwriter!
