The New Me

When I go to college I plan to create a "new me." this will possibly include changing my name (for example, "maria mendez" is easier to pronounce than "maria paz mendez hodes," furthermore, "paz" sounds bad with other last names; thus men will not want to marry me) i also plan to have a new ethnicity. i have been asked if i am a member of the following races:

-japanese
-chinese
-korean

-lebanese

from which country should i originate? i am going for "glam" & "exotic" here, so keep those 2 words in mind.
